Kick start keyboards is a great introduction to music and instrumental lessons. It is a three day course consisting of 3 2-hour sessions. All course materials are included in the fee, and you don't need a piano or keyboard at home to participate.

The course is taught in groups of 3-6 students and every student has access to a digital piano or keyboard for the whole session.

The course will include:  

• Playing some familiar songs,
• Performing music as a group,
• How to opperate keyboards and digital pianos,
• How to read sheet music,
• An introduction to basic chords 

Students who successfully complete will be able to enrol for weekly lessons in September.

 The course fee is £40 per person. It is suitable for students aged 7- 15 years, and students will be grouped by age where possible. Further information can be found by calling 01934 517 517.

Course A:

Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st July 2008- 10:00am- 12noon

Course B:

Tuesday 5th, Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th August 2008- 10:00am-12noon

Course C:

Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th August 2008- 10:00am-12noon

 Course D:

Tuesday 19th, Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st August 2008- 10:00am-12noon
